ALOR ASHOR (Meeting of lights) is a community based issue based discussion session that organized weekly by ALOGHAR. In every Friday, a pre-selected speaker from the community will speak on a selected contemporary social and development issue, later on discuss with the audience on that. Interested speakers from different professions like: Govt. Service holder, Bankers, Businessman, Researchers, Social workers, students, and retired persons can participate at ALOR ASHOR. In every year ALOGHAR organizes 51 ALOR ASHOR and a compilation book of ALOR ASHOR publish one in a year. The main goal of the ALOR ASHOR is to develop the research and public speaking capacity of the community people.
