ALOGHAR was founded and established by Md. Shahid Ullah, the Chief Executive of DISA  and still is forwarding with his direction and suggestions. But with the mission to become autonomous body; ALOGHAR has its own management team by which it is continuing its services. The ALOGHAR service team members are expert and hardworking; who are very keen to develop the performances of ALOGHAR services. The team members are as follows:

Salima Naznin Bithi

Advisor, DISA

Salima Naznin Bithi, completed College degree and involve with different social activities of DISA since its inception. From the establishment of Aloghar (A community based library system, initiative of DISA)- she is playing the role of Advisor. Moreover 23 skilled employees are working in the head office and in 6 branches under the supervision of Mr. Anisur Rahman Senoir Manager of Aloghar to implement the Dynamic programs successfully.
